Banff Heli Skiing and Snowboarding will take you to some of the most magnificent and breathtaking places that only a helicopter could get you to and still return back to your comfortable hotel and resort room.
Imagine every run getting fresh tracks in fresh powder. Your experienced guides will make sure you get the most out of every turn, run and the entire day. All the while maintaining the highest levels of safety in this special mountain environment.
Choose a Day Trip or Multi-Day Package
Choose from three-run and five-run day packages or extend the experience with a two- or three-day multi-day package. Day trips make it possible to add heliskiing to an existing Banff vacation without committing to a remote lodge or fixed week-long itinerary.
Each package includes ACMG-certified guides, powder skis and poles or a snowboard, avalanche safety equipment and training, a hot breakfast, mountain lunch and après-ski snacks. Return shuttle service from Banff hotels is also available on select days.

Are You Ready for Heliskiing?
You don’t need previous heliskiing experience to join an RK. Heliski trip. The experience is available to a range of confident skiers and snowboarders, and guests are grouped with others of a similar ability level.
Your ACMG-certified guide will lead you through the Purcell Mountains, selecting terrain suited to the group and the day’s conditions. With professional guidance, safety training and access by helicopter, you can experience terrain and powder far beyond what you’ll find within a ski resort.
